Duquesne Light Files Proposed Rates for June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
On April 30, 2026 Duquesne Light Company filed with the Pennsylvania Commission the preliminary transmission revenue requirement and rates for the period of June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027.
The utility notes that the bypassable transmission service charge (TSC) rates included in its April 30 filing are preliminary, and thus the new TSCs may change by the June 1 start of the new PTC. Final proposed TSC rates will be filed around May 15, 2026, to become effective on June 1, 2026.
The preliminary residential RS TSC would be $0.031676 per kWh on June 1, 2026. The GS TSC would be $0.011953 per kWh.
