Recent happenings in the ESCO Market Reset Proceeding:
- On November 20 the PSC granted to Zone One Energy LLC a 24-month limited waiver of the PSC’s December 16, 2016, order prohibiting ESCOs from serving low income customers. Zone One is required to file semi-annual reports with the PSC to demonstrate compliance with the waiver criteria.
- Orange & Rockland, Central Hudson and ConEd filed their 12-month trailing average supply rates.
In Matter No. 23-01227 (Registration for Energy Brokers and Energy Consultants) DPS has continued issuing registration letters to brokers and consultants who have submitted registration packages.
