Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) updates to its Purchase of Receivables (POR) flat per-bill Cost Recovery Amount (CRA), and the Uncollectible Factor (UF), which constitute the discount applied to the receivables purchased from alternative retail electric suppliers (ARES)

Effective June 1, 2025, these updated values are to be in place from June 2025 through May 2026.

ComEd’s POR Cost Recovery Amount (CRA), which recovers administrative related POR program costs is set at $0.12 per bill compared to the current $0.14 per bill.

ComEd’s POR Uncollectible Factor (UF) is to be 1.0072 compared to the current rate of 1.0102.
