From ENGIE’s gas license withdrawal request:
[ *** ] Energo Power & Gas LLC (“Energo”) is a licensed retail gas supplier in Maryland with an active surety bond. On October 4, 2024, Sprague Operating Resources LLC (“Sprague”) notified the Maryland Public Service Commission (“MDPSC”) that Energo was transferring all of its retail gas supply customers to Sprague because Energo was exiting the market in Maryland. On November 20, 2024, the MDPSC issued an order approving this transfer of customers. Since then Energo has not served any gas customers in Maryland. Therefore, Energo requests that the MDPSC issue an order cancelling Energo’s retail gas supplier license. [ *** ]
