EOE Files Letter To Orzel Energy Solutions LLC Regarding License Compliance

By Decision dated February 14, 2024, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority) granted Orzel Energy Solutions LLC (Orzel) an electric aggregator certificate to serve non-residential customers. Orzel is obligated to comply with all relevant statutes, regulations, and Authority Decisions. Order No. 6 of the Decision required Orzel to file as compliance on or before March 28, 2024, contracts that comply with Orders No. 2, 3, and 5. To date, Orzel has not made such a compliance filing in its licensing docket. [ *** ]
Based on the foregoing, Orzel is directed on or before June 21, 2024, to file compliance associated with Order No. 6 of the Decision. Pursuant to General Statutes §§ 16-41 and 16-245(l)(6), the Authority may pursue penalties, including but not limited to certificate revocation, if Orzel fails to meet its obligations
