In its application First Edge Energy LLC files an electric broker application with the Public Utility Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
The application indicates that the company intends to serve all customer classes in all the electric utility service territories.
The application also states that “First Edge Energy LLC (“First Edge Energy”) was founded in 2026 to provide power brokerage and aggregation services to commercial, industrial, residential and other clients. As a newly formed company, First Edge Energy does not have any material company history to report.”
Brian Yeager is identified as the Managing Member and David Hatcher is listed in the application as a Member.
