Gov. Moore Signs the Bill Authorizing Condo Governing Bodies to Install/Use Clean Energy Equipment Including EV Recharging Equipment

HB216 bill would authorize the governing bodies of condominiums to install, and use leased clean energy equipment for the common elements of the condominium, including EV recharging equipment, solar energy equipment, and energy storage systems.  Cross-filed with SB 206

The effective date is October 1, 2024.
