ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Ambit Northeast for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commerce Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Ambit Northeast, LLC for failure to comply with annual filing requirements as outlined in Attachment A, Exhibit 32, appended to the Staff Report.

Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $7,500 for failure to file its Call Center Information Report due on March 1, 2023.
