ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Constellation NewEnergy for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. for failure to comply with annual and quarterly filing requirements as outlined in the Staff Report .
Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $10,000.
Staff’s recommended penalty comprises penalties of the following amounts for failure to file:
- its Call Center Information Report due on March 1, 2023, $7,500 for each year; and
- its failure to file its Supplier Diversity Report due on June 1, 2024.
