ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Energy Service Providers for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commerce Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Energy Service Providers, LLC d/b/a ILG&E for failure to file its REPS report as outlined in Attachment A, Exhibit 35, appended to the Staff Report.

Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $7,500 for failure to file its Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (REPS) Report due on September 1, 2023.
