ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Palmco Power IL, LLC d/b/a Indra Energy for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Palmco Power IL, LLC d/b/a Indra Energy for failure to comply with annual and quarterly filing requirements as outlined as in Attachment A, Exhibit 18, appended to the Staff Report provides a sufficient basis to initiate such a proceeding.
Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $22,500.
Staff’s recommended penalty comprises penalties of the following amounts for failure to file:
- its REPS Report due on September 1, 2023 and on September 1, 2024, $7,500 for each year; and
- its Call Center Information Report due on March 1, 2023, $7,500.
