ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Shell Energy Solutions for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commerce Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against MP2 Energy NE, LLC d/b/a Shell Energy Solutions Retail Services for failure to file its Environmental Disclosures as outline in Attachment A, Exhibit 41, appended to the Staff Report.

Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $500 for failure to file its Environmental Disclosures in January 2024.
