ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Tenasaka Power Management for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Tenasaka Power Management, LLC for failure to comply with annual and quarterly filing requirements as outlined as in Attachment A, Exhibit 16, appended to the Staff Report Staff, provides a sufficient basis to initiate such a proceeding.

Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $30,000.

Staff’s recommended penalty comprises penalties of the following amounts for failure to file:

  • its Company Rate Report due June 30, 2023 and on June 30, 2024, $10,000 for each year; and
  • its Net Metering Report due on April 1, 2022, on April 1, 2023, and on April 1, 2024, $2,500 for each year. Additionally, Staff recommends a $2,500 penalty for Respondent’s failure to file its Supplier Diversity Report due on June1, 2024.
