In the District of Columbia, the Office of People’s Counsel filed the meeting minutes from the January 8^th technical conference in the investigation of implementation of interconnection standards.  Next steps are presented below.

Meeting Action Items

• Public Queue Template: DOEE and Pepco will confer and develop a proposed template for the D.C. public interconnection queue and share it with Technical Conference participants on or before February 13, 2026.
• Best Practices Presenters: IREC will identify representatives from Massachusetts and New York who can share experience in developing public interconnection queues (ideally 15-20 minute presentations) for the February 20, 2026 meeting.
• Reporting Requirements: Pepco will provide a proposal for eliminating or consolidating monthly reports (consistent with the requirement that TCIP reporting remain in place through June 30, 2026).
• Reporting Requirements: Pepco will amend its list of six compliance reports by including the Commission regulation (rule) and/or Commission order establishing each reporting requirement.
• Corrective Action Reporting: Commission Staff will identify applicable rules regarding corrective action reporting to facilitate further discussion at a subsequent meeting; Pepco will have an opportunity to respond.

Next Meetings

• January 22, 2026 (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET): Discussion of Order No. 22745 directives related to service level agreements, ATO issuance, and construction scheduling. Pepco will prepare the meeting minutes.
• February 20, 2026 (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET): Continued discussion of Topic 6 (Data Collection, Reporting Requirements, Public Queue, and Communication), including the DOEE/Pepco public queue template and Pepco proposals regarding reporting. District Government will prepare the meeting minutes.
