The IPA will host a bidder information webcast providing “an overview of the RFP Process and Rules including qualification requirements”.  

The following materials were made available:

• Fall 2024 RFP Schedule;
• Draft Fall 2024 RFP Rules; and
• Final Standard Pre-Bid Letters of Credit and list of acceptable modifications (multiple documents on Final Materials page).

Next activities in this matter include:

• Comments on capacity hedging for Ameren eligible retail customers due by July 8, 2024.
• Final supplier contracts expected to be posted July 16, 2024, and final RFP documents scheduled to be posted July 17, 2024.
• Fall 2024 bidder information webcast scheduled for 7/25/24. RSVP to Illinois-RFP@nera.com with the number of phone connections needed.

As previously reported, the plan approved by the ICC provides for:

• Spring 2024 procurement of monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products and combinations for the three IOUs;
• Spring 2024 procurement of seasonal ZRC capacity products for periods starting 6/1/25 and 6/1/26 for Ameren;
• Fall 2024 procurement of monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products as well as combinations for Ameren and ComEd; and
• Fall 2024 procurement of seasonal ZRC capacity products for periods starting 6/1/25 and 6/1/26 for Ameren.
