Upcoming matters:
- Part 1 window opens 8/6/24; Part 1 proposals due by August 13, 2024. Part 1 notifications scheduled for August 19, 2024.
- Part 2 window opens 8/20/24; Part 2 proposals, except bids for energy products and bid assurance collateral and bids for capacity products, due August 29, 2024.
- Bidder training scheduled for September 4, 2024.
- Bid assurance collateral for capacity products due by September 5, 2024.
- Bids for energy products due by September 9, 2024; ICC decision on results scheduled for September 12, 2024. Bids for capacity products due by September 13, 2024; ICC decision on results scheduled for September 19, 2024.
As background, the plan approved by the ICC provides for:
- Spring 2024 procurement of monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products and combinations for the three IOUs;
- ICC approved the results of the Summer 2024 indexed REC RFP for Ameren, ComEd, and MidAmerican (7/24/24).
- Spring 2024 procurement of seasonal ZRC capacity products for periods starting June 1, 2025, and June 1, 2026 for Ameren;
- Fall 2024 procurement of monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products as well as combinations for Ameren and ComEd; and
- Fall 2024 procurement of seasonal ZRC capacity products for periods starting 6/1/25 and June 1, 2026, for Ameren.
