IPA Seeks Comments On Development Of REC Adder Survey & Changes To Net Metering Disclosure Forms
IPA posted surveys seeking initial input on “seeks feedback related to the development of the REC adder… for Approved Vendors who take on solar projects for stranded customers.”
The IPA also “seeks feedback on a proposal for estimating a $/kWh value for generation under supply-only net metering, as well as additional information related to” updates to Disclosure Forms considering ComEd and Ameren shifting to providing “supply-only net metering, rather than full retail rate net metering, to new residential and small commercial net metering customers” as of January 1, 2025.
