Liberty Updates Cost Of Gas Calculations

Re:  Liberty Utilities’ Winter 2023-2024 and summer 2024 cost of gas proceeding. 

Liberty files updated cost of gas filing.  Of note: (1) “The calculation reflects the estimated February 2024 through April 2024 NYMEX settled forward prices” as of 2/15/24, and “The resulting projected over collection of approximately ($4,057,214) is (8.53%) of the total revised anticipated gas costs for the 2023-2024 Winter season”; and (2) the residential rate, effective 3/1/24 will be $0.5039, $0.1609 less than the approved rate.
