Natural Gas Workshop For Review Of Utility Rule Chapter Which Includes Utility Consolidated Billing, Supplier Coordination.

The PUC of Ohio has scheduled for April 24, 2025 a workshop to initiate a review of the “minimum gas service standards” in Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-13 (Case No. 25-177-GA-ORD).

This workshop is intended as an opportunity for PUC Staff to receive suggestions from interested stakeholders before draft rules are issued for comment.

Chapter 4901:1-13, relating to natural gas utilities, includes, among other sections, rules governing gas utility bills, including those issued on behalf of a retail supplier (utility consolidated billing), and coordination between gas utilities and retail natural gas suppliers.)
