Municipal Aggregation Annual Report Filing Deadline

This memorandum serves to notify all existing municipal aggregation programs (“Programs”) of the deadline to file their 2024 annual reports. Typically, the annual reports are due May 1 of the following year. See, e.g., Town of Becket, D.P.U. 18-133, at 38 (2020). For the 2024 annual reports, however, the Department is extending the May 1, 2025 deadline in light of reported delays in Programs receiving data from an electric distribution company. All Programs shall file their annual reports in docket D.P.U. 25-MA no later than July 1, 2025.
