NARUC Selects New Executive Director

National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) has selected Tony Clark as the group’s incoming executive director.

Clark served as a FERC commissioner from 2012-2016 and is a former commissioner and chair of the North Dakota PSC. 

Clark served as NARUC president from November 2010 to November 2011.

Clark has been critical of retail energy choice and opposed several measures to expand or introduce retail choice in Virginia and other states.
