Net Metering Rule Amendments

The District of Columbia PSC issued an order adopting amendments to its net metering rules. The amendments allow subscribers to Solar for All (SFA) program community renewable energy facilities (CREFs) to offset more than 120% of the subscriber’s electricity consumption over the previous 12 months.
