New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program: New Construction Program & Other Revisions – REVISED
NJBPU staff has released the Proposed Fiscal Year 2024 True-up Budget, Budget Revisions, and Program Changes for public comment. This year’s budget revision includes a proposed $50 million residential customer relief initiative. The following documents are available for review:

Staff will be holding a virtual informational session on the entire proposed true-up budget and proposed program revisions on March 15, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. ET. More information, including details for how to join the meeting, are included in the REVISED Public Notice.
The deadline for comments is 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday *March 27, 2024.
