NY-Sun Program Manual Is Now Available

Version 21 of the NY-Sun program manual is now available on NY-Sun’s Resources for Contractors page. The program manual increases the nonresidential system size project cap, updates the Statewide Solar for All and Inclusive Community Solar Adder, updates the Prevailing Wage requirements, updates the Brownfield/Landfill Adder eligibility criteria, and expands the Solar for All Category B payments.

New York State’s Fiscal Year 2027 Budget includes a $200 million allocation to NYSERDA’s NY-Sun Program to support the continued deployment of distributed solar across New York (6/29/26).
