[ *** ] The Office of Consumer Counsel, the Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, and the Office of the Attorney General respectfully inform the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (“Authority”) that the parties have been unable to reach a settlement in this matter. As a result, the Authority should proceed with issuing the final Decision by October 28, 2025, in order to comply with applicable statutory deadlines.
