The Pennsylvania Commission issues a press release announcing appointment of new Commission Secretary.
“Please be aware that with today’s retirement of PA PUC Secretary Rosemary Chiavetta, Matt Homsher will be the Commission’s Secretary as of Monday, April 21.
The Secretary’s Bureau is the PUC’s official point of contact with the public. The Secretary serves as the prothonotary of the Commission, and all documents and filings received by the Commission must be officially filed with the Secretary. Accordingly, formal filings to the Commission should be addressed to Matt going forward.
