PA PUC Cancels Natural Gas Supplier (NGS) Licenses Of Brokers And Supplier

Following a previously entered tentative order, the Pennsylvania PUC entered a final order cancelling the NGS licensees for past due assessment and fee balances, or for failure to file an annual report.
Under a final order, the PUC said that the NGS licensees named below, “have not provided the annual revenue report or have not paid past due assessment and fee balances[.]”
NGS licensees who had their licenses cancelled by the Pennsylvania PUC under the final order include the following:
- Best Practice Energy LLC;
- EDF Energy Services LLC;
- Environ Energy LLC;
- Front Line Power Solutions LLC and
- Reliable Power Alternatives Corporation
