In Maryland parties filed comments were filed by the Office of People’s Counsel, Office of Staff Counsel, Solar Energy Industries Association, Coalition for Community Solar Access and Chesapeake Solar and Storage Association in the Commission’s proposed revisions to COMAR 20.50.01 and 20.50.10.
