Pepco Files Revised POR Discount Rates

[ *** ] For Residential customers, 2023 total write-offs increased 38% compared to prior year.
[ *** ] The Company proposes a Discount Rate of 2.6710% for Residential Customers served under Schedules R and RTM. The Discount Rate calculation for Type I Non-Residential Customers, Type II Non-Residential Customers, and for Hourly Priced Service Customers based on data from the period January through December 2023 resulted in negative discounts. Therefore, the Company proposes a Discount Rate of 0.0000% for Non-Residential Type I Customers served under Schedules GS Non-Demand, T, SL, TN, EV, and OL, a Discount Rate of 0.0000% for Non-Residential Type II Customers served under Schedules MGT LV II and MGT 3A II, and a Discount Rate of 0.0000% for Hourly Priced Service Customers served under Schedules MGT LV III and MGT 3A III.
The rates are effective July 1, 2024.
