PSC Files Notice Of Rulemaking In Revisions To Green Product Offerings
The Maryland Public Service Commission issues a Notice seeking comments on the green product offering rulemaking.
[ *** ] Comments on the proposed regulations shall be e-filed by December 17, 2024. The comments should be addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD, 21202, and reference “RM 84” in the subject line of the cover letter.
The Commission also gives notice that it will conduct a rulemaking session on Thursday, December 19, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, on the 16th Floor of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD.
The purpose of the rulemaking session is to consider whether to publish for notice and comment the draft regulations as submitted in the December 9, 2024 Staff filing. If the Commission approves the proposed regulations for publication, the proposed regulations will be published in the Maryland Register for notice and comment as provided for by the Maryland Administrative Procedures Act.
