New York Department of Public Service Staff informed Spartacus Energy of New York LLC as follows, “the Department of Public Service Staff has reviewed and approved your eligibility to be an Energy Services Company (ESCO) in New York State.”

Spartacus Energy received eligibility to serve mass market electric customers with a compliant Variable Renewable product, and eligibility to serve large C&I electric customers
