PUC Suspends For 12 Months Utility’s Requested Revision To “Small Generator Interconnection Procedures”

The Maine Public Utility Commission (PUC) issued order suspending CMP’s requested revision to Section 55 – “Small Generator Interconnection Procedures” for 12 months given that “sufficient time does not exist prior to the expiration of the initial 30-day investigation period in 35-A M.R.S. § 307(2) to allow the Commission to fully investigate the matter.”
