In Connecticut PURA filed its Final Decision in the Annual EV Charging Program Review – Year 5.  

From Decision: 

[ *** ] In this Decision, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) approves updates to the statewide electric vehicle (EV) charging program (EV Charging Program or Program) administered by The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) and The United Illuminating Company (UI; collectively, the electric distribution companies, EDCs, or Companies). The Authority also approves, with modification, certain new program design proposals associated with these updates. The EV Charging Program shall continue to be made available to all customers and customer classes within the service territories of the EDCs, subject to the direction provided herein.
