The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) issued a Finding and Order directing all regulated entities and service providers who have not remitted their fiscal assessments based on the 2023 and/or 2024 report to do so by June 12, 2026.

In the order the Commission also assesses a civil forfeiture of $1,000 against every company listed in the attachments to this Finding and Order that fails to comply with this Finding and Order.
