Subject: Re: RI 2025 POR Miscalculation

Dear Suppliers,  

We previously communicated an issue regarding our system’s calculation of the Purchase of Receivables (POR) percentages. Unfortunately, our system did not update to the 2025 Standard Complete Billing Percentages (SCBP), which took effect on April 1, 2025, and continued to apply the 2024 SCBP. This error has impacted all commercial and industrial revenue classes, while the residential revenue class remains unaffected.  

The incorrect percentages that were used from 2024 are as follows: 

2024 Standard Complete Billing Percentages (SCBP)

• Commercial: 0.76% 
• Industrial: -0.13% 

We have updated our system to reflect the correct percentages for 2025.

2025 Standard Complete Billing Percentages (SCBP)

• Commercial: -0.15%
• Industrial: 0.06% 

We have identified the accounts affected by this error and calculated the differences between the amounts that were overpaid and those underpaid. This process has allowed us to determine the amounts owed to suppliers.

We will be sending you the total payments owed, along with a manual payment using the banking information we have on file.

Please note that this information will not be sent via EDI. For your reference, we will send you the payment details via Files2U, a secure method for transmitting files, so that you can reconcile your records.
