Ruahodl Inc. applied for an Option 2 retail electric provider (REP)certificate with the Texas Public Utilities Commission (TPUC).

Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger that must also provide an accompanying affidavit from the customer agreeing to take such service.

The application lists Raul A Gonzalez as the President, Liliana P Trevino as Co-Founder/Secretary, and Abelardo L. Gonzalez as Co-Founder/Treasurer.
