Staff Files Energy Efficiency Updates & Requests Comments
Staff filed notice of deadlines for comments, participation in working group and TRM updates. In this filing Staff (1) made available a recording of the 2/28/24 EEIP meeting; (2) for those who wish to participate” in the Variable Speed Heat Pump Working Group, requested comments on the Evaluation, Monitoring, and Verification (EM&V) team’s “residential summer demand response deemed value and contact information; and (3) solicited recommendations for updates to the Texas Technical Reference Manual (TRM).
As background, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) oversees the energy efficiency programs delivered by the state’s eight investor-owned electric utilities (IOUs).
