Stakeholder Feedback On Draft Program Guidebook Due March 27, 2024
On March 13, 2024, the Illinois Power Agency released a draft Program Guidebook for the Illinois Shines program for stakeholder feedback.
Both a clean version of the draft as well as a redline comparison between current 2023-24 Program Guidebook and draft 224-24 Program Guidebook version can be found at the Program website’s Program Documents page. Once the stakeholder feedback period has concluded, the Agency will review comments submitted, and on April 19, 2024, will release a final version of the Guidebook, 45 days in advance of the start of the 2024-25 Program Year, which commences on June 3, 2024. Comments are due March 27, 2024, and should be emailed to IPA.Solar@illinois.gov with the subject line “2024-25 Program Guidebook Feedback”.
