Still No Agreed Upon Energy Restructuring Bill

Massachusetts legislation with major implications for suppliers remains up in the air. The Massachusetts Senate passed an amended version of H5175 to be engrossed at the beginning of the month, but the House has recently declined to concur in the Senate amendment.

Healey will sign the ultimate version of the bill amendments.  As previously reported, if this bill does become law,  will result in significantly increased obligations and restrictions on retail energy suppliers.   Stay Tuned!
