Technical Meeting Cancelled And Rescheduled In Investigation Into Performance Mechanisms For A Performance-Based Regulation Framework

On May 16, 2024, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority) issued a Notice of Technical Meeting Nos. 5 and 6 (Joint Tech Meeting Notice), scheduled for June 10, 2024, and July 10, 2024, respectively. Technical Meeting No. 5 was held in-person at the Authority’s offices at 10 Franklin Square, New Britain (Authority Offices). Technical Meeting No. 6 is cancelled. The Authority hereby reschedules Technical Meeting No. 6 for Monday, August 26, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Authority Offices.
The meeting format will consist of a roundtable discussion facilitated by the Authority with formal participation from one representative (Roundtable Representative) of each attending Participant or stakeholder entity. Joint Tech Meeting Notice, p. 2. Participants and stakeholders interested in participating in the roundtable discussion at Technical Meeting No. 6 must each provide to the case coordinator, Laura Lupoli, via email at laura.lupoli@ct.gov, by 4:00 p.m. on August 19, 2024, the name of the entity’s designated Roundtable Representative.
