Technical Meeting Scheduled In Annual Shared Clean Energy Facility Program Review – Year 7

[ *** ] A technical meeting of the Authority staff, docket participants, and interested stakeholders will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m., via remote access. Technical Meeting topics are outlined below.
The Authority will use this Technical Meeting to receive information on the topics included in the Notice of Request for Written Comments issued on June 2, 2025. These topics include: (1) procurement price caps; (2) bid preferences; and (3) proposed programmatic changes.
The Authority directs the EDCs to deliver a presentation on the topics contained in the June 2, 2025, Notice of Request for Written Comments.
Further, the Authority invites stakeholders to present on any of the above mentioned topics. The Authority tentatively plans to structure the Technical Meeting as follows: (1) EDC presentation and questions; (2) stakeholder presentations and questions; and (3) public comments.
All participants and interested stakeholders planning to present or otherwise provide comments at the Technical Meeting must provide a list of speakers, along with a designation of speaker by topic with an estimated time to present on each topic, to the PURA case coordinator, Laura Lupoli, via email, laura.lupoli@ct.gov, by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The Authority will issue a draft agenda for the Technical Meeting. All participants and interested stakeholders providing presentations must file their presentations through the Authority’s web filing system and provide a copy to the PURA case coordinator by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
The Technical Meeting will take place via remote access. Access instructions are set forth below.
