Technical Meeting Scheduled In PURA Investigation Into The Establishment Of Integrated Distribution System Planning Within A Performance-Based Regulation Framework

The Authority hereby notifies participants and interested stakeholders that it will hold its thirteenth Technical Meeting (Technical Meeting No. 13) on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, starting at 12:30 p.m., at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut.
The Authority will facilitate a roundtable discussion among participants. Specifically, Technical Meeting No. 13 is anticipated to include discussion of written comments and proposals made by participants in response to the Authority’s April 4, 2025 Straw Proposal, including the IDSP document content, a reporting timeline, and integration of the IDSP with other PBR and EMG dockets. As needed, Technical Meeting No. 13 will continue the roundtable discussion held at Technical Meeting No. 12.
All participants are invited to identify up to two spokespersons (Roundtable Representatives) to participate directly in the Technical Meeting’s facilitated discussions. Should the number of stakeholders interested in participating in the Technical Meeting exceed seating space for roundtable representatives, participants may be limited to one Roundtable Representative. Additional Participant representatives are welcome to attend the Technical Meeting, though they will not be the primary participants in the facilitated roundtable discussion as space is expected to be limited and the Authority wishes for each Participant to be represented in the discussion. In addition, Technical Meeting No. 13 will be broadcast on YouTube.4
