Short Description: On November 14, 2025, final rider mobile TEEE facilities rates, for AEP Texas Inc. were approved for bills rendered on and after September 1, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076.

Long Description: AEP Texas filed for recovery of mobile TEEE facilities costs on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076. On July 18, 2025, mobile TEEE interim rates were granted in SOAH Order No. 7 for AEP Texas Inc. for bills rendered on and after September 1, 2025. On November 14, 2025, final rider mobile TEEE facilities rates, for AEP Texas Inc. were approved for bills rendered on and after September 1, 2025, in PUCT Docket No. 58076.
The 2025 Rider Mobile TEEE Facilities final rates will include the following charges on bills rendered to REPs. These rates are identical to the interim rates that became effective September 1, 2025.
