Long Description: On December 12, 2024, the Public Utility Commission of Texas approved CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC’s Adjustment to Its Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Factor in Docket 56690.
The 2025 Rider EECRF will apply to all retail electric providers (“REPs”) serving end-use retail electric customers in CenterPoint Houston’s certificated service territory. Rider EECRF will affect the retail electric customers of those REPs to the extent that the REPs pass along to their customers the charges under Rider EECRF. The Rider EECRF is effective beginning on and after March 1, 2025.
Additional Information: This is the final notice that will be provided to the Market regarding these rates going into effect.
