The Retail Market Training Task Force and ERCOT have scheduled instructor-led WebEx only MarkeTrak Part 1 and Part 2 Training sessions for February 25th and 26th.

Primary curriculum for each half day session is noted below.

If you or someone on your team is interested in enrolling go to the ERCOT Training website at http://www.ercot.com/services/training/. Select the course you are interested in attending. On the “Schedule/Registration” tab, select the “Sign up” link to register for the course.
For step-by-step instruction on submitting a MarkeTrak, 24×7 on-line web-based modules are available for your learning (also found on the ERCOT LMS).
