Please find the updated agenda (found HERE) and additional materials for the Wednesday, February 5, 2025 WMS Meeting (In-person/Webex found HERE).  The agenda has been revised to include Agenda Item #12. Congestion Management Working Group (CMWG), NPRR1214, Reliability Deployment Price Adder Fix to Provide Locational Price Signals, Reduce Uplift and Risk (Possible Vote). 

WMS Standing Representatives are asked to do the following: 

• Submit Alternate Representative or Proxy designations by 3PM the day prior to the meeting to stakeholderservices@ercot.com.
• Submit notification of intent to attend in-person by 3PM the day prior to the meeting to stakeholderservices@ercot.com.

An email with a unique validation code will be sent to all WMS Standing Representatives and their designated Alternative Representatives

• If you are participating by Webex, please copy and paste your login given in the email when logging into Webex to allow validation of your login and ensure your ability to vote in the meeting as a representative of your company   
  • If you are using a phone for audio, please associate your phone to your name by using the “Call me” option (easiest) or the “Call in” option and enter your assigned Attendee ID when prompted
  • Log-in to Webex 15 minutes prior to the meeting start so that quorum can be established, and logins can be validated
  • Use the Chat function to queue for comments/motions – reply to Everyone

All votes will be conducted via roll call.
