Long Description: LP&L will present the proposed 2025–2026 Delivery Rates to the Electric Utility Board and City Council according to the schedule outlined below. While final figures are not yet available, we anticipate that the existing rate structure will remain unchanged. The updated rates are scheduled to take effect on November 1, 2025.

  • Electric Utility Board Finance Committee Presentation and Review   – August 13, 2025
  • Electric Utility Board Meeting – August 19, 2025
  • Final City Council Approval – September 9, 2025
