Long Description: An adjustment to TNMP’s Rider Transmission Cost Recovery Factor (TCRF) was filed by TNMP with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) on November 27, 2024, in Docket No. 57366. TNMP filed an amended petition on December 19, 2025. The effective date of the new factors is March 1, 2025. A copy of the final tariff can be found at the following link:
