Upcoming PECO Supplier Portal Modernization

PECO is pleased to share that we are modernizing our Supplier Portal (SUCCESS website) and would like to provide early notice of an upcoming transition planned for January 16, 2027.

The current portal has supported electric suppliers for more than two decades. This project will replace the legacy platform with a modern, more secure solution while preserving the core functionality you use today for processes like Backcasting, Settlement, ECL List, Standard Offer Referral Files and Reports.

What is changing?

The new Supplier Portal will provide:

• A modern, secure web-based experience
• Enhanced account management and user onboarding capabilities
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for improved security
• Improved user-level access controls and auditability
• Better operational monitoring and support

What is staying the same?

PECO is designing the new portal to retain the business processes and functionality that suppliers rely on today, including:

• Settlement and eligibility data access
• Reporting capabilities
• Existing file processing requirements
• Key integrations supporting supplier operations

Timeline

The project is currently in the development phase and remains on track for a January 2027 go-live. Additional communications will be provided as we move closer to implementation, including information regarding:

• User registration and onboarding activities
• Training and support resources
• Key transition milestones
