Upgraded PAGasSwitch Website Coming Soon!
A new, upgraded www.PAGasSwitch.com<http://www.PAGasSwitch.com> will be going online Tuesday, September 23, 2025. These changes will make the site similar in appearance and function to the PAPowerSwitch website we upgraded last year.
For those Natural Gas Suppliers (NGSs) that post offers on the website and for those NGDCs that post their PTCs on the website, you need to be aware of the following important information and transitional issues.
- FREEZE PERIOD: Preceding the “go live” of the new website on September 23 nothing on the current website can be updated during a freeze period that will commence at 12:01 AM eastern time on Thursday, September 18 and run through Monday, September 22, end of day. Offers on the website should be honored during the freeze period. If an NGS cannot commit to honoring the offers during the freeze period, the NGS must remove those offers before the freeze period commences on September 18. Likewise, if an NGS has a new product to offer, they will not be able to add it to the website during the freeze period – the NGS must post it to the website before September 18 or wait until after the freeze period ends at the end of the day on September 22.
- MIGRATION OF PRODUCTS: NGS Products on the current website as of the start of the freeze period on September 18 will automatically migrate to the new website. If an NGS does not want its product(s) to migrate, the NGS must remove those offers from the current website before the start of the freeze period on September 18.
- REVIEW OF PRODUCTS ON THE NEW WEBSITE: Once the new website goes live on September 23, we are asking NGSs to please check your product listings on the new website to ensure everything migrated properly. Let us know immediately if there is a concern or problem. See the contact information below.
- RE-ESTABLISHING YOUR PAGasSwitch.com ACCOUNT: Once the new website goes live on September 23, all participating NGSs and NGDCs will need to re-establish your PAGasSwitch.comaccount. NGSs and NGDCs can do this by emailing Cyndi Page at cypage@pa.gov<mailto:cypage@pa.gov> and asking to reactivate your PAGasSwitch account. She will need your name, company name, email address and phone number.
If there are questions regarding the above, please contact Cyndi Page in the Commission’s Office of Communications at cypage@pa.gov<mailto:cypage@pa.gov> or (717) 214-5434.
